"Feli! I'm back!"
"Oh! Signorina, it's great to see you aga-"
Feli turned around to see that (name) wasn't alone.
"Hey, Fratellino."
Feli's eyes were wide open. He put both hands to his mouth.
"Oh mio Dio…"
Feli ran up and embraced Lovino in a tight hug.
"I missed you so much."
"Okay, okay, calm down, you're crushing me."
"Oh, sorry!"
He let go for a bit, but couldn't hold it in and hugged him again. Lovino groaned.
"Where have you been? What took you so long? Ok, I'm sorry, it's just that I missed you so much! I haven't seen you for decades! Oh, I can't believe you're back!"
"I was at the garden."
"Oh! So she found you? Or did you follow her home without her knowing?"
"She found me. I…I didn't want to go back yet."
Feli let go.
"Che cosa? Why?"
"I…I was…" he looked back at you. He sighed. "I was jealous of you, okay?! I thought you got everything, and I felt that you'd end up being pampered while I end up getting the short end of the stick."
Feli looked concerned. "Oh…Fratello, no! I didn't know you felt that way! Why didn't you tell me?"
"I…I didn't want to. I felt like that wouldn't have helped."
"It would have, I promise! I would've done something, I swear!"
Lovino looked down.
"I'm… I'm sorry."
Feli stared for a bit, then smiled warmly. He hugged him again.
"I forgive you."
The two suddenly started…shining.
Lovino looked surprised and exasperated.
"Eh?! W-What the hell's going on?!"
"I think we're what each other needed."
"What? Needed for what?"
"To…pass on."
Lovino's eyes widened.
The two both then looked at you, then knelt down next to you, still shimmering in the sunlight.
"Grazie, (name)." Feli said.
"I want to thank you for this, Ragazza. Really." Lovino followed.
"We're a family again."
"Now…we're going to see the rest of our famiglia."
"You're…" you sniffed. "You're welcome."
The three of you hugged.
"It'll be okay, Ragazza. You still have your friends at the garden. You won't be alone."
"And you'll always have us, looking out for you."
You started to sob.
"G-Goodbye, Feli. Goodbye, Lovi."
"Goodbye, (name)." They both replied.
With a tight group hug, the two disappeared into the light, leaving you on the ground, crying.
Later that night, you curled up in your mother's arms, as she comforted you. You missed them already.
"Shh, it's going to be alright. You'll still have friends. You did a good thing, (name). You should be proud."
Your mom carried the sleepy and sad you into your bedroom, but then noticed something that wasn't there before. A drawing of you and Feli sitting under the stars.
It wasn't your drawing.
No, you couldn't pull something of this detail off at your age.
Her eyes widened as she realized who made this.
"(Name)," she whispered. "I think Feli left you a gift."
"Huh?" You murmured.
She showed you the picture. Your eyes widened.
"Feli…made this?"
You took the picture from her, and admired its amazing detail.
On the back was a message.
"(Name),
I wanted to make a drawing of my own. Sort of a thank you for all that you've done. It's us a few days ago, looking at the stars. I hope you like it.
You may not be family, but I feel like you are.
I love you. Thank you.
Feliciano"
You softly cried.
"I love you too, Feli."

"So, he left?"
"Yeah. He and his brother met up again, and they passed on."
"Ah. I'm sorry." Arthur said sympathetically.
"Thanks. But I'm pretty happy for them."
"You should be. I think you did a really good thing."
"Hey! Guys! You gotta check this out!"
Antonio called out.
You both ran over to him, next to the tomato crops you and Lovino planted.
One was flowering.
"Cool, right? They don't blossom this early! I wonder why…"
You and Arthur looked at each other, both with an idea why this happened.
"I hope they grow the reddest and juiciest tomatoes." You said.
"Me too!" Antonio beamed.
"So…you want to play tag?" You asked.
"Sure! Not it!"
"Not it!"
"Drat." Arthur growled.
"Hahaha! Arthur's it! Arthur's it!" You giggled, and ran off, Antonio dashing the other way.
"Gah! Wait up! I'm not that fast!"
"If I slowed down, you'd tag me!"
You three dashed around the park, enjoying the warm summer sun.

From above, the two brothers watched you play.
"Do you think she'll be alright without us?" Feliciano asked.
Lovino looked back at his brother, then back at you.
"Si, she's got it. She's got a good heart. She'll do great."
"You think so?"
"…I know so."
Finally finished! Took me quite some time, with lack of inspiration, traveling, and internet problems. In this chapter, Reader finally gets the brothers back together, and…well, read and you'll see.
